Encore Developments Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Andre Patton and remains a private, family-controlled business in Kelowna, BC. Encore manages and develops its business interests on behalf of the family and their partners.

Encore Developments Ltd. holdings are concentrated in the Okanagan/Shuswap region of British Columbia and consist of over 1.0 million square feet of prime residential property. In the past few years, Encore Development’s primary focus had been in the development of multi-family and recreational property. Recently, our development of a prime lake view property in Vernon has added a 60 lot subdivision to our portfolio with a value in excess of $10 million.
