Okanagan Real Estate Property - Encore Development's growing list of holdings is concentrated primarily in the Okanagan region and consists of over 1.0 million square feet of prime residential property. In the past few years, Encore Development's primary focus had been in the development of multi-family condos and townhouses, including resort and view property. Recently, our development of a prime view property subdivision in Vernon has added over 60 lots to our portfolio with a value in excess of $10 million.
